How do people in your country say "you're welcome" in their native language(s)? Is it a commonly known phrase or do most people just reply with "no problem"?

B. You’re welcome

B. È stato un piacere (= It's a pleasure ); non c'è di che ( = not at all ); figurati ! ( = don't mention it )

A. Grazie ( = thanks )

I keep hitting my front tooth with my glass while bringing it to my mouth unintentionally and the nerve in the tooth keeps pulsating. Does hitting the tooth like this cause damage enough that I could lose the tooth?

A. Thanks
